We met Lior at the end of a long and tedious, almost three-year planning process…  after obtaining construction permits.

Despite the rumors that the team has several more projects on which they work, it felt like the team was building only our house. Not a day passes without several visits of the supervision team, and we received hourly reports on what was happening on the construction site.
This is the project of our life, both from the point of view of economic investment and from an emotional point of view, and it is a very very complex project – the escort we receive allows us to go through this complex process with ease, confidence and a smile, without any unknown adventures, without needs to take holidays and with the highest level of construction in Israel.

When people from the South of the country tell me that they are going to start construction, the first question I ask them is: “Do you have a project manager?” They continue with questions about contractors and professionals, and I stop them and say: ” Wait, that’s not the point. The important thing is who controls all this. ” Anyone who has gone through this knows that building a house is a difficult issue that brings with it complex problems. You enter a sphere in which you do not understand anything, and on the other hand, for you it is very important and essential. Our house is a non-standard and very complex house, with a lot of “surprises”, unusual things that contractors do not do automatically. Lior Shamir and his team of supervisors, Yosef and Idan, took up our project with both hands to the smallest resolutions, far beyond what the project manager should do. They always treated the project as if it was their own home !!! They argued for us, insisted for us, were near during the breakdowns, pressure, and also in moments of joy, excitement and ecstasy. They treated our money with respect and always tried to find the best quality for a price that fits our budget. Several times they balanced us and brought us back to reality, so that at the end of the project we did not end up with an economic hole (which happens to many people in the process of construction).
